Do I really pay nothing until the job is done?
Correct. Zero deposit, zero progress payments. We absorb the material and labor cost during the build. You pay the full invoice only after the fence is finished and you've walked it with us.
How does 'cost-plus 10%' actually work?
We charge you for materials at our supplier cost, labor at our hourly rate, and add a flat 10% on top. With the invoice you receive the supplier receipts and the labor hours, itemized — so you can audit every line.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Workmanship — anything that goes wrong because of how we built it. Posts heaving, gates sagging, panels separating. We don't warranty against acts of God or vehicle impacts, but we'll always be your first call.
Are your crews really legal?
Yes. Every laborer on your property is a U.S. citizen or carries federal work authorization. We keep documentation. You can ask to see it.
